Twenty Years at the Helm: A Chef Greg Anniversary Dinner

Join us at PIER 22 for an elevated anniversary dinner honoring Executive Chef and Director of Operations Greg Campbell and 20 years of culinary leadership.

This five-course dinner is inspired by the flavors, techniques, and experiences that have shaped Chef Greg's career, brought together with the refined, from-scratch approach that defines the PIER 22 dining experience.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully paired evening designed to celebrate Chef Greg's culinary journey and lasting influence at PIER 22.

As PIER 22 celebrates 50 years on the waterfront, this special dinner honors Chef Greg's impact on our kitchen, our guests, and the standards we continue to carry forward.

First Course
House-Cured Salmon & Caviar
Citrus- and herb-cured salmon, Ossetra caviar, Carolina corn cake, crème fraîche, pickled shallot, cucumber and dill oil.

New England Oyster Stew
Gulf oysters, smoked pork belly, Yukon gold potato, Vidalia onion and celery in a light oyster cream. Finished with cornbread crumble and chive oil.

Smoked Duck
Oak-smoked duck, Anson Mills cheese grits, glazed baby carrots and crispy tobacco onions with bourbon–black pepper jus.

Center-cut beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelles, country ham, golden puff pastry, pommes purée, haricots verts and beef demi.

Bittersweet chocolate mousse, bourbon caramel, toasted pecan praline, cocoa nib tuile and sea salt. Served with vanilla bean crème anglaise and a warm chocolate madeleine.

This event will feature a large community table in our ballroom, giving our speakers the ability to approach and interact one on one with our guests. Tickets are available per seat; simply enter the number of seats you would like and you will be seated together. Ticket availability is subject to change and more may be released based on demand.
